Counseling Colorado Residents
I am a licensed counselor candidate (LPCC) in the state of Colorado, which means I can offer counseling services to CO residents. The licensing process is different for each state, and I am currently working to expand my licensure to California. However, this is a lengthly process. Due to this, my counseling services are offered to Colorado residents only.
I have specialized training in somatic psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care. Together we can learn how to regulate the nervous system, strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection, and work to create a personalized treatment plan to reach your goals.

I am currently located in the Lake Tahoe, CA area where I offer in person and online individual and group coaching services. Online services are offered to anyone in the US and Canada.
Coaching sessions are catered to unique needs of each client or group.

My job is not to preach at you or convince you of anything. I am here to help you understand how spirituality plays a role in your life, and how it can continue to best serve you.
